Hi and welcome to South Shore Appraisals. My name is Gregory Loder and I've been appraising since 1983 in the Greater Cleveland-Akron Ohio Market Area. When I first started in the business I was handwriting my reports, developing film and lugging around data source books. During those early years I as fortunate enough to work at a highly respectable appraisal company where I had extensive professional training. My early training along with my BSBA from University of South Carolina has more than prepared me for the challenges I face as a real estate appraiser. Proper training is crucial in this business as it lays the groundwork for a professional and accurate appraisal.
I'm no longer handwriting my reports, but have embraced the technological world we live in today. These include digital cameras, laser measuring tool, tablet laptop, scanners, mobile high speed internet, AlaMode appraisal and Apex sketching software. Since this process saves myself money as well, I can keep my rates competitive with anybody in the industry.
